**Admin Permissions**

`regen.wand` : Grants a wand for selecting positions.\
`regen.pos2` : Sets the second position.\
`regen.create` : Creates a new region with the specified name.\
`regen.delete` : Deletes the region with the specified name.\
`regen.reload` : Reloads the plugin.\
`regen.menu` : Opens the editing GUI.\
`regen.help` : Displays the help command.\
`regen.version` : Shows the plugin version.\
`regen.item` : Allows creation, deletion, or listing of items.\
`regen.discord` : Provides a link to the support Discord.

**Player Permissions**

`regen.region.[name]` : Permission to mine a region.
