Allow Block Placements

Players can place blocks inside region

Steps:

1. Run the command /regen menu.

2. Click on the Toggle Menu (Green Wool).

3. Click on "Allow Block Placements" (Cobblestone).

4. You're done!

You can check whether allow block placements is on or off in the lore of chest minecart in regen menu
